Installation was a breeze, truly plug-n-play. Plug in, wait a few seconds, and the mouse pointer jumps to life. It tracked very smoothly and accurately on a variety of surfaces. The wheel has a very nice texture, and the wheel clicks and tracks very smoothly. All of the buttons, including the primary left and right buttons, all have a very nice, definitive "click" when pressed. The selectable sensitivity setting works very smoothly out of the box, and has a subtle color-changing LED to display the current setting. It doesn't (yet) have software-customizable sensitivity settings, but the range of sensitivities out of the box don't leave me wanting anything more.
The M571 works smooth, it tracks nicely, and I've found myself preferring it over my G5, which I've long adored. It has plenty of buttons for use in games, and is comfortably ergonomic. The build quality is top-notch, no squeak or flex, and the plastic feels high quality as well. For its price ~$25, it really leaves no complaints. They couple features from a variety of successful and coveted gaming mice, and put them into a single package for much cheaper than many other gaming mouse options.

This a great product, and a special thanks to Arctic for allowing us to test the M571, and we gladly brand it as a recommended "Crowned" product.
